National Variety Bash
*** Latest event details are yet to be confirmed ***
The Variety Bash is Australia's most successful charity motoring event with participants travelling to rural destinations of Australia that they may not otherwise see. It is a celebration of nearly 12 months of raising money for disadvantaged and special needs children and takes "Bashers" on a two week journey visiting local towns, stopping into schools to provide them with equipment to help the children live, laugh and learn.
The 2014 National Variety Bash is revving up for some outlandish FUNdraising to celebrate the 30th Anniversary Bash in August this year. With six State and Territory Bashes hitting the roads consecutively across the country, the colourful convoys will travel their own routes and unite for the major Bash 'Cross-over' celebrations in Sydney on Sunday 17th August, culminating in a spectacular grand parade of nearly 600 outrageously themed pre - 1974 vintage vehicles across Sydney Harbour Bridge.
