A picturesque circuit swim along one of the prettiest beaches on the entire South Coast, where it is not uncommon to be accompanied by a pod of playful dolphins. The swim has smooth to moderate conditions.
The main swim is the two kilometres ocean swim from the southern end of beach to the reef and return.
There is a supporting swim is a 500 metre ocean swim from the southern end of the beach for novice and recreational swimmers.
All swimmers receive a certificate. Prize for overall male and female winners excluding those who choose to wear flippers.
