This means all produce offered for sale has been grown, raised or gathered by the stallholder. In the case of value-added products, including sauces, olive oil or wine; the ingredients must be either grown by the stallholder or sourced from growers in the region.
Freshness and produce of the highest quality are ensured by visits to the growers and produce is never purchased for resale!
