Cooking with Steve Snow
Steve Snow is one of Australia's best chefs, and from 6 - 10 October 2014, will teach cooking master classes at Pinetrees.
Steve has worked at the forefront of Australian fine dining after transforming a deserted restaurant in Brunswick Heads into the famous Two Hat restaurant, Fins. He later moved to Byron Bay where he won 'Best Seafood Restaurant in Australia' and 'Best Regional Restaurant'. Beyond the restaurant, Steve has also published two highly acclaimed cookbooks Byron Cooking and Eating and Cooking on the Coast.
Each afternoon from Monday 6 October to Friday 10 October 2014, Steve will host a two hour cooking master class. He'll cover a range of topics and reveal some professional secrets to help you take your home cooking to a new level. Best of all, you'll get to taste everything he cooks!
