The Annual Australian Marbles Championships is held in Parkes at the Golf Club. Teams consist of four players with registration fees and all proceeds going to charity.
All ladies in a team are entitled to a one marble start.
Although some participants take the evening quite seriously, all community members are welcome and are encouraged to play, even first timers and amateurs. Nominations dates to be announced.
Prize money is up for grabs, as well as prizes being awarded for the best dressed team.
