The property has four bedrooms (three upstairs and the bunk room downstairs) and 2.5 bathrooms. The house is air-conditioned in all bedrooms upstairs and the main living area downstairs.
The dining and kitchen open out to a fabulous entertaining deck with full outdoor lounge and dining setting which looks out over the huge backyard where the family will enjoy a game of backyard cricket.
There are two lounge areas, the main lounge being next to the kitchen with two sofas and a television and the second lounge area on the lower level which is a great space for children to play games.
