The Beach House has absolute beachfront and stunning views of Mill Beach. The Beach House is located in a prime position and has a king size bed in the main room (that can be split into two singles on request) and a double bed with single bunk above in the second room.

There is also a double sofa bed available in the lounge-room. This house is self-contained and has all the modern conveniences including air-conditioning and an iPod docking station, television with free Foxtel, as well as an outdoor barbecue along with private access to the beach and your own private courtyard allowing guests to place a tent for the kids.

Nestled under the Norfolk pines with stunning views over Mill Beach are the recently refurbished Beach Villas. Regular sightings of dolphins and kangaroos have been reported by guests staying in these popular villas.

The Villa sleeps up to six guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has one triple bunk bed or two sets of normal bunk beds, and a sofa bed is available in the lounge room.
