Magpie Cottage is a fully self-contained, four bedroom house in Pooncarie with the Darling River acting as the rear boundary. The cottage can sleep up to eight people in comfort, in four bedrooms all in single beds with two bathrooms.
The cottage is fully furnished throughout and has reverse cycle air-conditioning in every bedroom, and the lounge room as well as a wood space heater. All new white-goods are supplied as well as crockery and cutlery.
Outside is an enclosed shed/rumpus room with a dart board, table tennis table, fridge, freezer and a barbecue located on rear lawn area next to undercover parking for two or more cars.
Cottage is walking distance from General Store, Telegraph Hotel and Wharf Cafe, or a short distance to boat ramp for fishing or yabbying or a day trip to surrounding National Parks.
