All bungalows are fully self-contained with en suite, kitchen and a covered deck. The main bedroom has a double bed and there is a double bunk and trundle in an alcove room off the hallway. Oceanside bungalows have some ocean views and sleep a maximum of five people. Lakeside bungalows overlook the foreshore and creek. Linen is not supplied but can be hired.

The luxury spa villas are less than a minutes' walk from the surf, have an air-conditioner, dishwasher, separate spa bath, two televisions and a private barbecue on the cabin deck. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk over the top (trio bunk). The spa villas are available for weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday only. Linen is not supplied but can be hired when making a booking.

All sites are powered and are just minutes away from the surf, onsite cafe, village shops, country club and tavern. There are sites on both sides of the park - surfside is close to the beach and cafe, and lakeside sites are on the left side of the park in a more secluded setting. Prime sites face overlooking the creek. Electric barbecues are available both inside the park and adjacent the public reserve area.

Special rates are available on powered tourist sites for holders of an aged pension card. These rates are available during the discount and shoulder season on all tourist sites (excluding prime creek sites). The lakeside side of the park provides a slightly more secluded setting and the surfside side of the park is a bit closer to the surf and the onsite cafe.

Spa bungalows are bigger than the bungalows and come with a queen bed in the main bedroom and a double bunk and trundle in the second bedroom.
