Ride along the Clarence River on 1800 acre Micalo Island noted for abundant bird-life, kangaroos and waterways. Book a one hour Property Ride cruising along the river and waterways weaving through beautiful Casuarina Forests and spacious paddocks. Or the one and a half hour Bird Watchers/Outback Ride to the abandoned Prawn Farm where nature has been at work providing birds of every description a peaceful sanctuary.

The custom built 20 metre by 40 metre sand arena overlooking the river is the perfect, safe place to learn how to ride. Riverside Ranch offer private or two in a group hour lessons. Their focus is on the basics of horse handling, essential riding skills and dressage.
