Nymboida Canoe Centre - Nymboida
Nymboida Canoe Centre is pleasantly situated on the banks of Goolang Creek amid 38 acres of glorious natural surroundings. With bushland camping areas and powered sites, clean and comfortable cabins, modern amenities and two camp kitchens. Campfires are permitted in the camping grounds, conditions permitting, and is pet friendly.
There is plenty of fun for the kids. Try the obstacle course and climbing wall, play table tennis, take a swim in Goolang Creek, or bring the bikes and ride around the grounds.
They also offer other activities such as canoeing and tubing on the Nymboida River, canoe hire and instruction, bushwalking, orienteering, abseiling and low ropes challenge courses. Or just sit around the campfire enjoying your camp cooking, a glass of red, and the company of good friends.
The Canoe Centre is the perfect location for school camps, club meets, retreats and workshops.

There are 11 cabins, each divided into four private bedrooms with individual entries. In each of these rooms there are two single beds. Bring your own linen and pillows or these can be hired from the centre. Some of the rooms have adjoining doorways for the convenience of families.
There is also a three bedroom house available which sleeps up to seven people.

There are over 100 sites, with 20 powered sites. Find a private spot by the banks of Goolang Creek, or hold the extended family camp meet on one of the larger sites.
Facilities include 2 camp kitchens with gas burners, BBQs, fridges, microwaves, kettles and toasters. There are 11 showers, 17 toilets, a long sink for washing up, a washing machine, a public payphone and town water.
Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a leash.
