Firescreek Fruit Winery produces seasonal selections of unique fruit, flower and herb wines. The winery and open gardens combine a classic garden with a permaculture and rose garden to provide beautiful garden vistas with a fruitful experience. Just one hour to Sydney on the New South Wales Central Coast.
Fruit wine is about capturing the exciting array of flavours and fragrances of fruits, flowers and herbs. The range of wines is constantly changing with the seasons so that visitors can sample new varieties. Some of the wines include; Fig and Date, Plum and Currant, Mango, Orange and Honeysuckle, Mint, Elderberry, Cherry and Cinnamon, their award-winning Lime and Parsley, Rose Petal, Lemon and also Australian Rainforest Fruits - to name but a few!
Their Famous Firewater is made from a unique combination of local sweet oranges and chilli. This has a genuine orange character, with zesty chilli, offering warmth without tears.
Opening times
Open 10am to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday (Summer); 10am to 4pm (Winter). Open 10am to 3pm. Closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
