Review: You’ll be awe struck by some of NSW's most stunning scenery when you dine at Wilson’s by the Creek. Overlooking the grande valley - and Wilson's Creek - you may just see the resident platypus playing among the weeds! Chef Matthew Jeffries has created a restaurant menu that has a pacific rim feel - a fusion of Australian, European and Asian cuisine, using fresh local produce from the Byron Bay Hinterland region and seafood from the bay, along with some wonderful native bush tucker from Casuarina Lodge's own gardens.
