A large veranda sweeps around to the south wing with views onto the wetland lake and ponds that are full of diverse birdlife. This suite is centred around a main living area with fireplace, comfortable lounges, CD player, tea and coffee making facilities and a bar fridge.

This three bedroom, two bathroom suite can accommodate up to six guests.

The suite has one queen room with en suite; and one queen bedroom with a two-way bathroom and adjoining twin room, perfect to share or use as a queen en suite. Both bathrooms with under floor heating.

Avoca House Bed and Breakfast is a unique country retreat with two spacious modern wings which are linked to the main homestead by wrap-around vine covered verandas. Both wings offer private living areas, en suites, verandas with country views and a charming courtyard in which to relax and unwind. The newly renovated north and south wings can now accommodate up to 10 guests combined.

The five generously appointed bedrooms are supplied with premium linen, cosy blankets and towels. Two of the three new bathrooms have underfloor heating and each wing contains a large living area with fireplace, air-conditioning, tea and coffee facilities.

Guests can enjoy a scrumptious homemade, hearty cooked breakfast, including fresh espresso coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, served in the homestead dining room or courtyard.
