Self-Contained Two Bedroom Cottage

Entire House/Apartment. Single rate and double rate per night. Extra person $45 per night. Children five to 12 years $30 per night.
There are two self-contained two bedroom cottages accommodating up to six people. One cottage has a queen bed, second bedroom has two single beds. Second cottage has either king bed and two singles or four singles beds. Each cottage also has a sofa lounge.

Both cottages are completely wheelchair accessible, with grab-rails and chair height benches in the kitchen, under cover parking and access to the front door.

Belmadar Rose Cottage is a fully self-contained two bedroom cottage. Situated five minutes from Singleton, they offer you a peaceful base when exploring the Hunter Valley.

There is an open living and dining area with television, DVD and video player, remote control reverse cycle air-conditioning and two comfortable lounges. The cottage sleeps six people; one queen bed, two single beds, sofa bed. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible and contains a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and has wheelchair accessible benches. They also have a hoist, commode chair and electric Hi-Lo bed available for your convenience if required.

A veranda allows undercover access to the cottage from the carport. The cottage has been specifically designed to accommodate the disabled and is therefore available to anyone. Sit on the veranda in a comfortable chair and enjoy the serenity of the cottage among the gum trees.
