These family cottages can sleep up to eight people and have cottage kitchens with aged red gum bench tops, fully-equipped including dishwasher and microwave. The spacious living areas open to balconies that overlook the creek. There are two bedrooms with new organic chiropractic mattresses and big bathrooms with spa baths.

Heating for winter is either by open wood fire or gas heating. All rooms have ceiling fans for summer cooling.

Flat screen televisions with Austar (movies, news and sport) and DVD players are in each cottage. A selection of DVDs are available to borrow from reception.

For that special weekend romantic getaway, the loft cabins have it all, with a secluded setting overlooking the rain forest, polished timber floors, a spacious living area and designer loft bedroom. The huge bathroom with king spa is ideal for a long soak after a bushwalk, game of tennis or horse ride.

Awake each morning to the sounds of the bellbirds and, as the dusk gathers, relax on the balcony with organic wine as the paddy melons, wallabies and other creatures come out to play.

It's cooler up here in the valley in summer with a cosy open fire for the winter snows.

Each cabin has been renovated using natural oils and environmental paints to the highest standard and new kitchens have been installed.

The Tops Organic Retreat adjacent to Barrington Tops National Park features an organic restaurant, 2000 acres, 20 kilometres of pristine waterways and 50 kilometres of beautiful walks. A unique Australian country experience.

Accommodation is your choice of one of the four family farm-stay cottages or four secluded loft cabins with king spa baths.

It's cooler up in the valley in the summer months with cosy open fire place for the winter snows.

On the property there are cows, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, goats and alpacas. Horse riding is available close by as is white water kayaking for all grades. Other on-property activities include tennis, saltwater swimming pool, swings, trampoline, a games room, fishing, Austar movies and sports, DVD selection, pool table and mountain bikes.

Hundreds of unique birds, mammals and rare species, the elusive brumbies, koalas, wedge tail eagles, frogs and platypus can be seen.
