Country holidays around Young

Young is in a central location amidst the rolling landscapes of south-west NSW. The surrounding area is home to the charming towns of Boorowa and Harden where you'll enjoy a holiday at an unhurried, relaxed pace. During cherry blossom time in late September to early October, this region is simply stunning. Rich soils are home to many orchards and vineyards; the official wine region is known as Hilltops Young.

Spend a day exploring Weddin Mountains National Park, a 45-minute drive from Young. Enjoy bushwalks, camping and even cycling from the picnic area. Bushwalking tracks lead to Ben Hall's Cave, lookouts and Basin Gully.
