This rural paddock campground set on the property of Glenron, is five kilometres, on the Dunedoo side, from Coolah on the Leadville/Dunedoo Road. It is a freestyle campground, meaning there are no designated sites in rows, white lines or concrete slabs. Visitors can camp anywhere. To keep things comfortable there are only half a dozen or so campsites occupied at any one time.
The property is pet friendly, open fires are fine (in season) and swimming in the dam is allowed. There are full bathroom amenities and loads of fresh and potable bore water. There are a number of 15A power outlets but generators are permitted.
Glenron is a working property. Cattle and the like are in close proximity to the camping paddock, and sometimes in it. Guests don't seem to mind at all.
