Greens Gunyah Historic Museum - Lockhart
Lockhart is a turn of the century town & the historic museum has many records
and relics of the district&s early history.
On display are local artifacts and information including photographs, station, family records,
Lockhart&s early history, Brookong Station, Rand Station, Bond Sheep and historical fashion items
A distinctive feature of the commercial centre of the town is the wide, shady
shopfront verandahs.
Opening times
Currently the museum is open Friday 10 am - 4 pm and Sat 10 - 12pm any other day/time by appointment (by contacting Mrs Cheryl Gowland) particularly for groups or individual research.
