Quirindi is a small town in Country NSW known for its summertime fields of sunflowers. Set on the north west slopes of NSW, it’s located about 60km southwest of Tamworth, on rich agricultural land. The main street features many well-preserved 19th century buildings, as well as the Australian Rail Museum. 'Bob's Shed' and the Quirindi Rural Heritage Village.

Relax in the historic surrounds by staying at a traditional hotel, inn or guesthouse, with friendly local hospitality and local tips so you’ll know where to go and what to see. There’s also a caravan park for those looking to self cater.

Tamworth accommodation offers plenty of options to get you settled. Self-contained cottages, holiday houses and apartments are a good idea if you want to self cater. If you’re on a budget there are also some great holiday parks and backpackers’ hostels. Stay at a bed and breakfast if you’re after home cooked breakfast and a little local knowledge.
