The Gunnedah Lions Park is located in Anzac Parade opposite the Gunnedah Memorial Swimming Pool, Dorothea Mackellar Centre, Memorial Statue and Poets Walk, Band Hall and the Water Tower Museum.
This park features three large covered Picnic Shelters with seating, Tables and free electric barbecues. There is a fenced children's playground, toilet facilities, tall Shady Trees and garden area with ample room for children to play.
The Lions Park lawn and gardens are maintained by the Hospital groundsman and the Gunnedah Garden Club. It's a pleasant, shady space great for a children's outdoor birthday celebrations, picnics and family get-togethers all year round.
