Situated on Nowra Road between Moss Vale and Fitzroy Falls Mount Ashby is a boutique vineyard producing some of New South Wales Southern Highland region's finest cool climate wines.
The cellar door, housed in a replica of the original dairy, was opened in June 2006.
The cellar door forms part of a complex of historic buildings consisting of the early 20th Century Clydesdale stables and EF Davis and Sons Bowral Produce Store (circa 1918) which was relocated from Bowral.
Mount Ashby Estate offers a complete range of wines which includes the spectacular Botrytis Pinot Gris (Gold Medal Winner and Winner of Trophy for Best Wine at the inaugural 2005 Southern Highlands wine Show), Pinot Gris, Petit Rouge - a light red wine blended from Merlot and Chardonnay, and a more robust Merlot. A superb Cabernet Merlot is to follow. Their wines are complimented by homemade French provincial charcuterie.

11am to 5pm Friday to Sunday or by appointment. Closed Christmas Day
