The Book Barn Cottage is located in the picturesque Southern Highlands, within a leisurely drive from Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra. Formerly the gatekeeper's lodge of the historic 1839 Bendooley homestead, this self-contained, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom cottage has been lovingly refurbished in a contemporary yet warm style.

It's private, beautiful, cosy, comfortable and welcoming - the perfect country retreat for couples, friends, families and book lovers. The cottage comfortably accommodates five adults. It has its own garden, valley and vineyard views and the iconic Berkelouw Book Barn is only a short stroll away.
