The iconic Trundle Hotel is situated in the rural village of Trundle, an easy 65 kilometre drive north-west of Parkes. The town is a thriving agricultural community, comprising of mostly wheat, sheep, and cattle farming.

The hotel itself is National Estate listed and boasts having the longest veranda (87.6 metres) and the widest main street (67 metres) in New South Wales and whilst there has been a hotel on the site since 1888, the current building was constructed in 1912.

You will find cold beer and good old fashioned counter meals are the feature or make a reservation in one of the recently refubished hotel rooms to stop over to enjoy some good old country hospitality, also most weekends there is live entertainment.

The town is also well known for its quirky annual events, 'Bush Tucker Day' and the 'Trundle ABBA Festival' with both events drawing thousands of visitors to the area. To plan your visit to Trundle, ring the hotel for details of these events.
