La Colline lies on the slopes of the now extinct volcano of Mt Canobolas. The basalt soils and cool climate provide for excellent wine making. Take a leisurely stroll among the vines, harvest sun ripe fruits from the orchard and breathe in the fresh clear and clean air of the mountain.
As well as wine tastings, La Colline presents itself through offering European cuisine with the finest seasonal ingredients featuring specialties from the kitchen garden. La Colline offers a 36 seat restaurant for your special event or function.
