Mudgee's stylish and comfortable self-catered bed and breakfast accommodation, the Tannery.

In 1858 a saddler by trade, James Dixon Little was operating the Australian Tannery at the rear of this site and it is believed that the present cottage was built by Little in the late 1850's as accommodation for workers at the tannery.

The cottage, though now renovated, has retained much of its natural charm. Catering for one or two couples, there is a comfortable lounge with open fire, two bedrooms with luxurious linen, comfortable beds (one queen and one double), a superbly finished bathroom with enormous claw foot bath, fabulous dining room and large industrial stainless steel kitchen, with second fireplace, all complimenting the simple style of the early Victorian era.

Does not cater for people with access needs.
