Bloome Cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps up to seven people. The cottage has two queen bedrooms; one with extra single bed, the twin bedroom has its own en suite. The cottage has a second bathroom with full length bath, separate shower. The second toilet is at the end of the hall. There is a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) dining table seats eight and an open plan lounge area. There are no views over the property, more a suburban aspect, access to the gardens of flowers and vegetables and river is down an avenue of trees. Facilities include television with Austar, DVD player, and much more. All rooms offer reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The king and one queen bedroom have their own en suite; there is a second queen bedroom and a main bathroom with full length bath with separate shower. There is a third toilet at the end of the hall. There is a large living room and dining area with a dining table that seats 14. The games room with pool table is also suitable as a fourth bedroom. Timber deck runs the full length of the home, glorious views and two barbecues with outdoor settings.

The cottage has a queen bedroom with en suite, a large living/dining room and sunroom with large picture window that overlooks the animal farm, down to the river, with glorious Mudgee Valley views in the distance. There is a sliding door between the sunroom and living area making this room quite private. Sunroom has two queen sofa beds.
