Griffith Regional Art Gallery - Griffith
The Griffith Regional Art Gallery is part of the refurbished, Griffith Soldiers Memorial Hall Complex, which was built in the 1930s in the art deco style to the design of a local architect Mr AB Long.
One of Australia's leading regional cultural institutions, holding significant collections of Australian art. The gallery also presents around twelve exhibitions annually ranging from touring exhibitions, acquisitions and works by our very own local artists.
The major collection is Australian Contemporary Jewellery from 1960; also the Griffith Collection featuring regional artists and artists who have exhibited in the gallery.
Opening times
10am to 5pm Wednesday to Friday, 11am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
