Poachers Pantry, situated on a farm north of Canberra is home to a cafe-restaurant, winery and smokehouse producing an array of gourmet smoked meats.
An old, lovingly restored weatherboard cottage overlooking the 1890s slab woolshed provides for a smart yet casual dining experience. Traditional smoked meats are transformed into contemporary dishes that never cease to amaze. Relax on the terrace overlooking the gardens, while enjoying wine produced from the Wily Trout and Fingerlings vineyard.
Try the smoked meats with a taste of the Wily Trout and Fingerlings wines at the cafe's tasting bar or enjoy a meal at the cafe and experience for yourself the wonderful combination of these two award-winning products.
Opening times
Tastings and sales daily from 10am to 5pm. Cafe open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm and from 6pm to late on Friday and Saturday nights. Open from 10am to 5pm.
