Review: Awarded One Chef Hat - The SMH Good Food Guide 2009-2013
Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel, Restaurant and Spa is a sprawling luxury coastal retreat; think blue and white striped awnings, manicured gardens and French provincial furnishings. Stefano Manfredi's menu calls on his northern Italian heritage as well as leaves and vegetables from his own kitchen garden. Dishes have wide appeal as does the wine list, which offers both breadth and depth.
