Federation Gardens offers a perfect Blue Mountains accommodation experience for families, groups or couples offering an ideal environment for a relaxing break.

Scattered among two hectares of spacious tree lined lawns, Blue Mountains Federation Gardens Lodge offers 12 two bedroom self-contained lodges sleeping up to six people. For larger groups there is a five bedroom cottage available.

The resort has an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor log fire hut and a large undercover barbecue area.

Cabins and Cottage

Entire House/Apartment. Rate for two guests. Extra people AUD20.00 per person per night. Price subject to change and availability.
Cabins are self-contained with two bedrooms sleeping four to six people. Features include: lounge/dining area, kitchenette, television, video player, wood or gas heaters and linen. Bedding ranges between queens, singles and bunks.

The five bedroom cottage sleeps up to 11 people. Bedding configuration is two queen beds, two rooms with twin beds, one room with double bunk and a single bed. Cottage has full kitchen, two bathrooms, gas fire, air-conditioning, television and DVD player. All linen supplied.
Facilities: Balcony, Blankets, Clock Radio, Crockery/Cutlery, En suite, Heating, Iron/Ironing board, Kitchenette, Television, Video Cassette Recorder.
