With the end of school term upon us, Sydney Olympic Park fires up again with Kids In The Park and there’s even more to entertain the tin lids these school holidays.

Sydney Olympic Park is one of the best places in Sydney you can take the kids for a full day of entertainment during the school holidays.
Movies, etc can be really expensive especially for bigger families, so Sydney Olympic Park has come up with a great solution – Kids in the Park! They’ve got a heap of great activities on offer to keep even the most restless kiddies amused for the entire School Holidays. And each holiday there the activities just seem to get bigger and better! Best of all there are some free activities.

Not to be forgotten - Mums and Dads can also relax with morning or afternoon tea or lunch in Lilies on the Park Café while kids involve themselves with the vast range of activities, tours and play equipment on offer.

Here’s just a few different school holiday activities they have on offer
Kites – Buy and Fly
You can buy your kites from Lilies on the Park in Bicentennial Park. This is a DIY activity.
Archery
This is a new part of the kids program where they are taught the basics of archery and then it’s time for archery games.

The Amazing Chase
This is based on the Ch 7 TV show, the Amazing Race and is a great way for friends and families to work together (or against each other) in an amazing chase on bicycles around the park and solve puzzles set at a number of check points. Families can enter the time trial and check for daily top ten times online at www.kidsinthepark.com.au/playground
The Amazing Chase is free. Families can BYO bikes, or bikes are also available for hire from the Visitors Centre.
