Omeros on the Beach
The Omeros family has been in the Sydney hospitality industry for 35 years and they are renowned for their seafood. The reputation this family has earned encouraged them to open up several different restaurants over the years around Sydney.

In November 2002, John Omeros opened 'Omeros on the Beach' at Ramsgate, and together with his wife Effie & brother Peter and loyal staff they always aim to provide the very best service & quality seafood for which the Omeros family is renowned.

Serving modern Australian cuisine and specialising in seafood, Omeros also cooks a mean eye-fillet steak. Popular dishes include garlic prawns served in a light shallot cream sauce on mushroom risotto, confit of duck and grilled snapper fillet with lemon beurre blanc.
The restaurant is right on the beach, offering alfresco diners exquisite water views.

- Layered smoked salmon crepes with a seared scallop and green peppercorn sauce
