Dog and Cat Boarding
Cats stay in a beautiful indoor cattery called the Feline Inn with a large outdoor garden atrium. There is also the option of a Luxury Suite for the ultimate comfort.
Dogs stay in a spacious run or a Luxury Suite. The boarding accommodation is specifically designed for the health and well-being of your pet which is cared for around the clock.
Dog and Cat Aged Care Boarding
Aged Care Boarding is compulsory for all pets 11 years and over in order for them to keep a closer eye on their most senior guests. Features of this service include:
- Health questionnaires filled out upon check in.
- These questionnaires are followed up by regular checks through the day to monitor eating, drinking, toileting and general well being.
- Aged Care cats stay at the Feline Inn, away from the noise of the dogs and are keptcosy and warm.
- Aged Care dogs board in a separate facility away from our more excitable younger dogs to ensure a pleasant and restful stay.
- All of the dog accommodation within the aged care facility has radiant under floor heating to ensure that all of the older guests are kept comfortable and happy.
Pet Valet
They understand how busy it can be before a holiday or business trip. Why not take advantage of their new Pet Valet service for your dog or cat and yourself.
They can pick up your dog or cat from home for a luxurious direct transfer to Hanrob, The Ultimate Pet Destination. They can even take you, and your luggage, to the airport first, so you can both enjoy the ride. Their experienced and caring team will be waiting to greet your dog or cat on arrival to show them directly to their luxurious dog or cat boarding accommodation.

Activities
Whilst their accommodation is first class and ample sized for your dog or cat to move around freely, there are various dog and cat activities available. They offer the ultimate recreation for your dog or cat to suit different needs and energy levels.
Activities just for cats and just for dogs range from 15 minutes to 1 hour for cats and up to 4 hours for dogs. Activities are overseen by highly trained pet care attendants to provide safe and stimulating exercise in a caring and fun environment, leaving their guests happy and relaxed.

Day Spa
Most cats are not fond of a bath but for those that are (or if a flea bath is necessary) and for your dogs, grooming services are available during your pet’s stay and also upon departure. This includes an aromatherapy shampoo and condition and blow dry, they also check and clean ears and eyes to ensure that their guests always look and smell their best.
Dog Training
Hanrob promotes responsible dog ownership through best practice and provide world class obedience dog training at Hanrob’s Dog Training Academy. They guarantee their service and even offer free follow-up dog training for the rest of your dog’s life.
