Situated on the water in Milsons Point, the restaurant has uninterrupted views of the amazing Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House…  and thanks to the waterfront location if feels like you’re literally floating on the water.

The Deck offers delicious Mediterranean cuisine in a superb atmosphere of relaxed elegance.

Terracotta

This popular Manly restaurant has been opened for just a year and in that time it has become very popular with the locals and now the word has spread.

The cuisine here is Greek and to say that it’s delicious is an understatement. So what’s the secret to the great food? Well there is no secret actually. Owner and long time restaurateur Izak, says that their whole food concept is about having no secrets. There are no strange preservatives or chemicals and in fact the food is all ultra fresh and that’s why it tastes so good – just like they do it in Greece.

The signature dishes here are the roast Greek lamb which falls off the bone and totally melts in your mouth and the Grilled octopus which I’m told has people coming far and wide just for that.

Some of the dishes you may find on the menu:

Entree

  • Grilled octopus served on roasted roma tomato with fresh basil, goats cheese and rocket
  • Mezze platter for two – 5 hot and 5 cold dishes served with a bread basket
This dish includes marinated olives, dolmades, fetta, taramasalata, skordalia, roasted marinated Greek vegetables, keftedes (meatballs), spanakopita (ricotta + spinach filo triangles), kotopita (chicken filo pastries with pistachio nuts), rice pilaf, salt and pepper squid, saganaki prawns

Main

  • Roast Greek lamb – falls off the bone – served with a large Greek salad and tzatiki 4/ Grilled chicken with cumin and Greek yoghurt served with rice pilaf

Dessert
