Middle Harbour Eco Tour

Reporter: Felicity Urquhart

Felicity’s found a slice of the country right in the middle of the city.

Join Sydney Harbour Kayaks on their widely acclaimed Middle Harbour Eco Tour.

Learn something about the natural and social history of the area from your friendly guide as you paddle through differing environments - from affluent urban to the remote natural bushland of the Garigal National Park.

As civilisation slips away the true beauty of the harbour and its wildlife will open up before your eyes. Soak up the serenity while you enjoy a wholesome morning tea served at a secluded harbour beach.

The tour runs for 4 hours every Saturday and Sunday starting from 8.30am at The Spit in Mosman. For $99 per person it’s the perfect way to discover parts of Sydney that can only be seen from the water.

All paddling equipment, morning tea, a locker and bottled water are included in the tour cost.

Conducted at a relaxed pace, the Eco Tour is suitable for those 12 years and older with moderate levels of fitness. Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
