The Market operates in Rouse Hill Town Centre’s Market Square between 8am and 1pm, on the fourth Saturday of every month, providing a range of nutritious, locally-grown, seasonal produce.
Those with a serious love of food will have the chance to indulge in everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to fresh meats, jams, biscuits and cakes.
There’s even an Oyster Shucker from Broken Bay Oysters so oyster-lovers can have a quick snack as they wander around.
Stall holder Philip Barba from Galston is a typical seller. He offers flavoursome fruit including strawberries, nectarines and peaches grown at his local farm. Having been in the business for nearly 40 years, selling fruit and vegetables from his family business, he likes providing shoppers with great tasting, locally grown produce which means they only get it when it's in season.
