Caveau

Caveau opened in 2004, and just had it's 3 year anniversary in May. It has been awarded a "hat" in the SMH Good Food Guide the past two years and is currently the only "hatted" restaurant in Wollongong.

Wollongong may be slow to realise what a gem they have in Caveau, but chef Peter Sheppard (ex-Banc) isn't compromising his high standards, applying labour-intensive traditional French techniques to the best produce in perfectly seasoned and sauced classics.
