Clarence River Bed & Breakfast is a fabulous new Bed and Breakfast, just 18km/20mins northwest of Grafton, offering a water-sport heaven, a private getaway for couples, or an ideal location for small groups of up to 26 people, away from the city and other stresses.
The Clarence is the best river in NSW for water sports – long, wide, deep and glassy. Seelands has become the ultimate holiday destination for water-skiers and wakeboarders. Bring your boat and enjoy an idyllic holiday at an affordable price.
It’s perfect for water-skiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing & "tubing". Or there is the rambling grassy & tree-lined picturesque scenery along the nearby country roads to enjoy and explore on foot for the early morning walkers, and to the sounds birdsong only – how peaceful!
On the water…
Most of the visitor’s to Clarence River B&B BYO boat and go for it on the river. However, if you don’t have your own boat and want to give wakeboarding a go, speak to owners Terry or Greg and they’ll get you carving it up at the back of their own boat…with a little tuition thrown in on the side. Or have more fun riding on a tube.
And then there’s Wakeskating – it’s one of the latest forms of travelling behind a boat. It’s like wakeboarding but there’s no bindings so it’s more ‘freestyling dude!’

Besides the river, there are plenty of things to keep anyone busy at Clarence River B&B.

Mobile phone service is poor but local and STD calls are complimentary for guests from the main line. Satellite internet access is available (shared). Ample free on-site parking available, night lit & secure.

Future developments for 2008 include the construction of a 7-hole pitch & putt golf course with practice green, 18-hole mini putt putt golf course, further riverfront landscaping & boardwalks, garden water features and more barbecue areas.

Accommodation
Stay in one of five beautiful rooms, tastefully decorated with local timbers, all with ensuites and four of them with feature 2-person baths and private balconies overlooking the river and gorgeous landscaped gardens. One ground level room is suitable for the disabled.
The Bed & Breakfast tariff includes fully cooked breakfast. Lunch or dinner or room service can be arranged at your request.

Group accommodation is available in "The Bunkhouse". This has 2 queen beds and 12 single beds and is perfect for groups coming to get the most out of the mighty Clarence River for a skiing/wakeboarding vacation. The Bunkhouse is self-contained with fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
