The restaurant is popular both with tourists and locals. It can seat 68 guests indoors and has a modern look. There is a private party room for 16 to 18 guests, great for groups, corporate dinners or birthday parties. Also, a covered courtyard seats about 30-35 guests. Their custom made kitchen efficiently manages in-house dining, take-away and home deliveries.
The mosaic mirrors, vibrant colours and great service create a warm ambience. When in full swing the noisy chatter and great aroma will definitely account for a great night out and a memorable experience that makes you want to keep coming back.

Blue Bar & Restaurant is the newest addition on the Central Coast’s fine dining scene and is already an award-winning restaurant. And as soon as you step foot in the door, it’s hard not to be impressed with the ultra-modern interior of icy whites and sleek blues… and of course, the uninterrupted ocean views of Avoca Beach. But it’s the food that steals the show.

Dive into the super fresh grilled king prawns tossed in a spicy coconut sauce; the Japanese scallops topped with a tomato & Spanish onion salsa and drizzled with a lime infused sauce; or the crispy-skinned salmon on garlic mash and an olive pesto dressing.
But it’s not all seafood, there’s twice-cooked duck placed on a polenta cake with sweet onion jam and port wine jus; the corn fed chicken breast stuffed with brie on a potato roesti drizzled with whole cranberry jus; and the pork cutlet filled with bacon & thyme stuffing with buttered beans and maple syrup jus are all worth a special trip to the central coast.
Make sure you leave room for dessert... Go tropical with the baked pineapple & pear mille feuille; the trio of sorbet served in a brandy snap basket with vanilla anglaise; or stick to a classic with the crème brûlée.

The Central Coast is such a popular destination for families and we love that Blue Bar & Restaurant cater for the kids with a special menu for the Under 12’s. The tempura fish fillet won’t last long on the plate and as for the dessert, the ‘frog in a pond’ sounds like so much fun, we wish it was on the grown-up’s menu.
