Coffee Appreciation Course
This course has been designed for people who are interested in learning more about the sublte variations in the world of coffee. It includes an introduction to tasting and evaluating coffee, as well as highlighting the regional characteristics of different growing areas. It concludes with an introduction to blending and roasting. All participants are able to create their own individual blend.

Domestic Barista Course
If you are just discovering a passion for fresh coffee, this course is for you. The Domestic Barista course starts at the source: the green coffee bean, and then works through the intricacies of the process that produces the finest cup of coffee. This is a hands-on course that has been designed to equip participants with the skills to make great coffee at home or at work.

Open Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm and Saturdays 8am – 4pm. The Domestic Barista and Coffee Appreciation Courses are $80 per person. They are held on Tuesday evenings and on weekends by appointment. |
