Café & Chocolate Making Demonstration
The Blue Mountains Chocolate Company has free tastings, a multi-media display of the facts and history of chocolate, a choice of more than 60 different chocolates plus a viewing gallery where visitors can watch European chocolate makers practise their craft.
The chocolatiers are nearly always on show demonstrating their art and skill, but on most days at 11:30am and 3:30pm one of them will actively demonstrate and talk on a particular aspect of the chocolatier's craft.
Learn things like how we make hollow Easter eggs, what fills a chocolate, and what needs to be done to chocolate to use it correctly.
The café is the perfect place to take some time out, have a real hot chocolate, a slice of cake and watch the chocolate magicians do their thing!
