Bar-Be School offers a BBQ Cooking Course designed to help you get the most out of cooking more confidently on your BBQ.
With Summer here, what better time to get some professional tips on the classics and learn some new recipes to amaze your family and astound your friends when you next fire up the barbie!
Bar-Be School offers a course series of three classes with the aim of showing the most effective use of cooking with a BBQ.
- Lesson 1 – Meat BBQ
- Lesson 2 – Seafood BBQ
- Lesson 3 – BBQ Vegetables, Skewers and Desserts
The classes are both demonstration and hands on and include an interesting two part wine tutorial match to lunch. The classes include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together.
The lessons are normally held on Saturdays from 11.30am - 2.00pm or 3pm to 5.30pm on Sundays. Bar-Be School classes are held at either the Union Hotel in North Sydney or Fairland Pavilion – Centennial Park.
